The Customer Screening Solutions team is looking for an ambitious and motivated junior/mid business developer who would join us in our mission of empowering financial crime prevention through proven technologies and intelligent solutions. 

Your responsibilities will include:

    • Detail and align stakeholder requirements considering impact of the expected delivery on other processes, services, and channels; 
    • Convert business requirements, objectives and needs into business or development tasks; 
    • Execute tests on improved/developed functionality and analyze results; 
    • Write and update necessary process/project documentations, procedure rules, training materials etc.; 
    • Support stakeholders with incident resolution, regular maintenance tasks or any other support required within team area of responsibility; 
    • Support Product Owner in business planning process as well as help to optimize backlog planning for maximum value; 
    • Drive sprint tasks in a self-organized and self-led way to contribute to the sprint goal and committed deliveries. 

You`ll be the right fit if you have:

    • Solution-oriented mindset and willingness to learn; 
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; 
    • Excellent prioritization and communication skills; 
    • Positive and energetic personality; 
    • Fluent in English (spoken and written); 
    • Experience in business analysis, product development, project management or working in an agile development organization is an advantage.

€1,800 - €3,500 a month
Monthly salary range for this position (before tax deduction) will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. 
Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
