The Transaction Banking Services (TBS) Development team plays a central part of the automation and change agenda within TBS as well as in related Domains supporting the strategic transformation initiatives. Currently we are looking for Business Analyst and Agile Product Owner within Accounts and Payments Domain, Manage My Cash tribe. The global payment market is undergoing comprehensive changes and consequently we are working on future proof ourselves by heavily investing in our payments' platform and in next generation customer interfaces to meet these needs. Your agile team is playing important part in developing internal shell Nexus for the New Cash Ledger needs.  

As a Business Analyst and Agile Product Owner, you will be responsible for:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
    • Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and quality assurance, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
    • Gather and analyse feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve the product.
    • Communicate product priorities and updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
    • Drive the Agile development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.

Who we are looking for:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Experience gathering and analyzing requirements from stakeholders.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Good understanding of the Accounts and Payments area, SEB’s systems and processes.
    • Good understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
    • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile environment is a plus.
