About the role
As a senior Product Specialist you will work in our tribe Product & Agreement, and our team Agreements & Plans being a part of realizing our ambition and road-maps to transform our business where self-service and flexible products and solutions are key and that our offers, platforms and tools are aligned with our business. With your leadership skills and using your experience from our industry you will drive our development on different levels, working hand in hand with business owners, legal, actuaries, tribes and the solution ecosystems. You will also work a lot with regulatory adaptations and take great responsibility for our products being compliant.
As a Senior Product Specialist you will be responsible for:
• Development and maintenance of the company´s products
• Develop and update regulations and conditions for the company´s products
• Conduct analyses and investigations of, for example, new business and new legislation
To thrive in this role, we believe you have
An analytical approach, see opportunities, is flexible, solution-oriented, and like to work both independently and in teams. You have also a strong drive for implementation. We also believe that you:
• Are experienced in product management with occupational pension and that you can manage both strategic and operational initiatives.
• Have a lot of insurance product knowledge a great understanding in the ongoing transformation of new customer demands that impact both our services as well as our offer.
• Are fluent in the Swedish language
• Have an academic degree or other relevant education.
