If so, Baltic Cards issuing team is looking for a mid to senior business analyst who would be responsible for creation, development and maintenance of SEB bank issued debit and credit cards. We are on a mission of building excellent payment cards usage experience that will allow our cardholders easily control and manage their card products in SEB mobile app and Internet bank. We are looking for highly motivated, experienced in cards area and well-organized team member who has the drive and readiness for active involvement and contribution to business projects and initiatives in one of the key focus areas for the bank.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Detail and align stakeholder requirements considering impact of expected delivery to other processes, services and channels
- Convert business requirements, objectives and needs into business or development tasks
- Execute tests on improved/developed functionality and analyse results
- Write and update necessary process/project documentations, procedure rules, training materials etc
- Support organization and stakeholders with incident resolution, regular maintenance tasks or any other support as required within team area of responsibility
- Support Product Owner in business planning process as well as help to optimize backlog planning for maximum value
- Drive sprint tasks in a self-organized and self-led way to contribute to the sprint goal and committed deliveries

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent prioritization and communication skills
- Experience in business analysis, product development, project management or working in agile development organization is considered as strong advantage
- Cards business background is considered as strong advantage
- Java, API may be considered an advantage
- Solution-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
- Positive and energetic personality
- Fluent in Lithuanian, English (spoken and written)

Monthly salary range for this position is 2800-4200 EUR (before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
