As an RPA Developer at SEB and Customer Lifecycle Services (“CLS”), you'll be part of an inclusive team of professional and engaged colleagues and play a key role in designing, optimising and developing end-to-end process in an area dedicated to the customer journey and fraud prevention. You’ll ensure alignment with SEB’s product and process strategies, work closely with other colleagues in SEB, and leverage technical solutions to enhance process performance and mitigate risks.

Your focus will be on further growing our ambitious new RPA development team by developing and maintaining process automations in the CLS area. The foundations are set by the SEB Robotics Operating Model as well as the SEB Lean-Agile Framework, but the key to the success for the team will be also to maintain a culture of continuous improvement to adapt to the needs of our area. 

We currently work with Blue Prism, with additional tools being piloted. In our dynamic environment, you'll have the opportunity to work with international projects, different stakeholders and delivering automation of our processes as well as setting ways of working and growing the team. 

• A proven track record with Blue Prism and an ability to take responsibility for our RPA solutions.

• Experience from other RPA tools like UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate is a bonus.

• Excellent understanding of a developer’s mindset and coding principles.

• Ability to fit into a highly collaborative and Agile environment with a drive for continuous improvement, ideally with working experience with API solutions.

• Ability to communicate complex technical matters to different audiences, including non-technical ones.

• Excellent analytical skills with a high sense for details and structure.

• Great collaboration skills and fluency in English.

• Educational background in a related field like Computer Science or Software Engineering would be considered a strong plus.
