Youth LAB is a paid international internship programme in SEB Bank. You will dedicate five weeks of time working on real and meaningful business projects. We are looking for a Finance Business Analyst intern at Finance, Risk and Data tribe for Local Regulatory and ESG reporting team. Our team focuses on end-to-end development process of financial regulatory reports for Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania and ESG (sustainability) linked reports for both Baltics and SEB Group.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Analysing, organizing and interpreting information from large datasets in data warehouse
- Contributing to development of new reporting solutions and assessing impact on existing ones
- Documenting report solutions in structured way
- Supporting ad-hoc reconciliation and data validations for new and existing reports
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- to be a student in Higher educational institution
- Experience working with large datasets
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Fluent in English. English is required as you will be working on solutions, developing products and services in the Baltics, and collaborating with Baltic teams.
- Outgoing & positiveteam player with can-do attitude
- Able to manage your time & prioritize
