SEB is looking for an experienced communications professional for the role of Communication Officer for our Private Wealth Management & Family Office Division (PWM&FO). You will be developing the strategic communication plan, as well as hands-on executing on it.

About the role:
You will be part of an experienced team of communication professionals, and report to the Head of Narrative & Engagement. The Narrative & Engagement team is responsible for SEB’s internal communication on group level, of which a key part is to inform, inspire and engage employees in strategically important themes such as SEB’s long term-strategy and business plan, SEB’s purpose and behaviours, sustainability, the bank’s role in society as well empowering employees for a customer centric approach.

As a communicator for the PWM&FO division, you will, together with your colleagues in PWM&FO and Group Marketing & Communication, set and develop the communication plan for the division, as well as hands-on executing on it.

The role and delivery of PWM&FO communication includes:
 Set and follow-up the division’s communication strategy in line with the division’s strategic initiatives, the Marketing strategy & plan, and the Group communication strategy.
 Align, advise and coordinate PWM&FO related communication, support in making key messages clear and understandable and ensure that the communication is aligned with the bank’s communication on group level.
 Drive and support external communication initiatives, in close collaboration with Group Marketing & Communication, as well as internal communication initiatives.  This includes setting communication strategies and communication plans for various projects and issues.
 Support internal communication within the division to build knowledge, engagement and efficiency and equip employees with the appropriate Marketing & Communication tools.
 Support the division, including the leadership team, with communication advice and content, for example related to strategic initiatives and All staff meetings.
 Together with the Marketing team, support the offerings & service communication including communicating the division’s knowledge and expertise, packaging key offering and support product launches, building the online presence and developing the digital content hub.
 Building a content and channel strategy for client communication based on different client segments’ needs.
 Support various collaborations, events, and other initiatives.
 The assessment, planning, writing and publishing of news, articles and other content and ensuring a coherent approach and optimised outcome across communication channels.
 Support spokespersons in the division in close collaboration with the Media Relations & External Communication team.

You will work closely with other colleagues within Group Brand, Marketing and Communication and the PWM&FO division, as well as the bank’s other divisions and functions, experts, and other stakeholders.

As a member of the Narrative & Engagement team, you will also, when relevant, be part of Group communication projects within the bank’s strategically important themes mentioned above.

These responsibilities include: 
 Supporting with content and messaging in various channels and formats, such as the bank’s financial communication, strategic events, and internal and external communication channels.
 Coordinating and contributing to content in strategically important themes on group level.
  Assisting with key messages and communication plans in the event of issues or crises.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
Between 3-7 years of experience within communication, preferably in a listed company or financial institution. Ideally, you have previous experience from as well as editorial experience. You should have excellent written and verbal skills in both Swedish and English, and an academic education in journalism, public relations, communication, economics, political science or other related fields. The ideal candidate is curious, a fast learner, constantly willing to take on new challenges and skilled in stakeholder management. It is important to have a collaborative, strategic and operational mindset. In addition, the ideal candidate is proactive, driven, analytical, well-structured and can handle many projects in parallel, while meeting deadlines.
