About the products
You will be a valuable addition to our technology team, contributing to the enhancement of the Portfolio Solutions product suite and Derivatives clearing. We are working with both product areas, but today, we are strengthening our delivery towards Portfolio Solutions, but one should be open to help out with our Derivatives Clearing product during vacation periods and other situations.
Portfolio Solutions is a product area within Investor Services. Together we offer a wide range of post trade services to SEB’s institutional and corporate clients, supporting them with back office and collateral services, risk analysis, portfolio valuations and more.
Portfolio Solutions has a broad product range and an forward thinking roadmap to deliver services and administration on everything from alternative investments, digital assets and there to relevant usage of cloud services and artificial intelligence.
About the role
As a Solution Developer, you will be part of a team responsible for developing and maintaining our current and future business solutions. In this growing area, we focus on building and supporting solutions that deliver significant customer value. You will collaborate with a team of eight ambitious and creative colleagues, primarily focusing on the back end while also contributing to our client-facing portal.
As a Solution Developer in our team, your responsibilities will include:
• Continue our close collaboration with the relevant business units to navigate our development agenda within the products.
• You will be involved in the ongoing development, maintenance, and support of our existing and future business systems and integrations.
• Stimulate innovation by delivering solutions across related product areas.
• Play a vital role in shaping a forward-looking tech stack and architecture to ensure future scalability and adaptability.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a drive to find the best solutions
• Experience from cloud native development on Google Cloud Platform
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, .NET Core, SQL Server, Mongo DB, RESTful Web APIs, Docker Swarm, and Kubernetes.
• Experience working with Infrastructure as Code, automation, and various flavors of CI/CD.
• Any experience with the following will be advantageous:
o Kafka or MQ
o Angular
o Monitoring and observability
• Strong interest in the financial industry
