We are looking for a Corporate Actions Specialist to join SEB’s Global Custody team in Stockholm. In this role, you will be a part of a professional team, accountable for providing top quality service connected to SEB Global Custody products, protecting the interests of SEB clients while maintaining the highest level of service.
About the role:
The Corporate Actions team in Stockholm deliver operational support connected to Corporate Actions on the global market and we work together with our business partners and stakeholders to constantly develop the Corporate Action part of the Custody business. Cross collaboration and interaction with other SEB teams with focus on accuracy and timely delivery are essence of our daily work. We strive to continuously improve our processes and we are involved in digitisation projects in our field, in which you will be an important player. As a Corporate Actions Specialist, you will:
· Process Corporate Actions on the global market
· Work with process improvements connected to the Corporate Action offering
· Be highly involved in development activities in the Corporate Actions area
· Customer & Stakeholder service, resolving everyday issues
· Have regular contact with SEB’s Custodian banks in different markets
