About the role:
As Platform Engineer, you will join a team of experienced and engaged automation specialists on a mission to transform our bank’s ways of working by enabling and delivering automation of business processes.
The focus of the CoE is on advanced Robotic Process Automation solutions, but with a strong interaction and integration with the wider Process Automation toolbox, technology teams and vendors.
In this context, the delivery and maintenance of a reliable platform is a crucial prerequisite for the success of the CoE and SEB’s operations at large.
As Platform Engineer in Robotics CoE, you will be taking responsibilities in these areas:
· Monitor and administer the RPA infrastructure, ensuring critical applications are available to support Robotics development and operations as required
· Administer the RPA application and underlying components, accepting and deploying process automations into production, managing user credentials and privileges
· Configure and maintain virtual desktops according to process automation requirements
· Identify and resolve or escalate incidents in conjunction with internal or external 2nd and 3rd line support
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
· A strong aptitude for IT and the interest and drive to expand your IT skillset
· An analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
· Detail-orientation, ability to prioritize and effectively collaborate with other relevant teams in situations of high urgency
· Excellent level of English proficiency
· Ability to fit into a highly collaborative and fast-paced, Agile environment with a drive for continuous improvement
· Knowledge of RPA applications and underlying technologies would be considered a strong plus
· Knowledge of IT Service Management methodologies would be a strong plus
· Educational background in a related field would be considered a strong plus

Monthly salary range for this position: 1800 - 3400 EUR before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
