AML Transaction Monitoring is a unit which is a part of SEB Financial Crime Prevention. Financial Crime Prevention is cross-divisional organization with responsibility for conducting financial crime prevention in business focusing on Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter Terrorist Financing (CTF), Fraud Prevention, Market Surveillance and Rouge Trading. We are now looking for additional Quality Controller to join Quality Control team.
About the role
Main responsibilities would include:
- Conducting continuous reviews of AML alert and case investigations, including narratives, dispositions, and
supporting documentation related to decisions to ensuring all reviewed cases meet established quality
standards;
- Providing written and verbal feedback to AML Monitoring Officers;
- Managing identified compliance gaps, issues and risks;
- Recommending and implementing department training needs;
- Functioning as a subject matter expert on AML-related issues and provide mentoring as needed;
- Preparing reports for the management;
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements to advance service quality and/or streamline functions.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Good knowledge of AML area, understanding and knowledge of regulatory expectations and industry standards in relation to AML/CFT/KYC/Sanctions regulations;
- Good knowledge of AML monitoring processes, stakeholders, partners, IT systems;
- Excellent collaboration, tutoring and networking skills;
- Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to present complex findings in a clear manner;
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.

€1,850 - €2,750 a month
Monthly salary range indicated for this position is before tax deduction. The offer for final candidate* will depend on experience and competences of the candidate for the required job. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
