About the role:
As a QA Engineer you will work together with experienced and delivery focused requirement specialists, developers, testers, scrum master and product owner. We are building a new payment platform together with teams from Sweden (Örebro and Stockholm) and Vilnius. You will work in a QA team that supports two development teams, creating and executing test cases for existing and new solutions. It may include system, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Experience of maintaining QA processes, standards, and best practices to ensure consistent quality across all software development projects.
- Good collaboration and coordination skills and readiness to do hands-on work where needed.
- Experience to implement the QA processes and requirements that align with the organization’s goals and priorities
- Exceptional analytical acuity and proficient problem-solving capabilities.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Technical experience in API test automation tools (Postman, Ready API or similar).
- Knowledge in test management tools (e.g.: Xray, Zephyr).
- MS SQL programming skills or willingness to switch from Oracle SQL to MS SQL.
Bonus points for:
- Experience in the financial regulatory sector
- Familiarity with test-driven development
- A test certification (e.g., ISTQB or similar)
- Knowledge of database management or experience with C#/.NET
- Understanding of deployment and scheduled runs (e.g., Jenkins, TFS)
- Previous experience as a QA/Test Manager or similar role, especially in an Agile software development environment

€2,600 - €4,000 a month
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
