About the role:
The Compensation and Workforce unit is responsible for delivering compensation and workforce related processes and administrative tasks, supporting our colleagues in salary structure & reviews, data & analytics, benchmarks, benefits and Workforce processes such as onboarding, transfers and exits for Sweden, Norway, Finland and the Baltics.
As a Process Expert, you will be part of the team responsible for the compensation and benefits processes within the Workforce and Compensation unit. Your main objective will be to work with annual remuneration and job architecture processes also to coordinate and ensure quality in end-to-end deliveries.
As part of our Process Excellence team, you will also be working according to agile principles and be involved in driving continuous process improvement and onboarding within the unit.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have previous working experience and:

    • Are a team player with strong data and analytical skills
    • Have advanced Excel knowledge
    • Are a structured, diligent and independent professional
    • Have excellent process coordination and communication skills
    • Are a problem solver with high interest in new ways of working
    • Are Fluent in English
    • Previous experience working with job architecture or in the remuneration area would be an advantage.

€2,150 - €3,250 a month
The above indicated range is the monthly salary range for this position before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
