We are currently looking to fill the position as sales and execution to our DMA execution team within our Investment Banking division.
About the role:
Our Direct Market Access (DMA) trading team plays a critical role in executing high-speed, low-latency trades across global markets. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Electronic Sales/Low Touch/DMA Trader to join our team and help drive execution performance for our clients.
In this role, client contact, and sales will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their trading needs and ensure optimal execution quality for their cash equity trades. As an Electronic Sales/Low Touch/DMA Trader, you will be expected to maintain and develop relationships with clients, collaborating with sales teams across various locations, including Copenhagen, Helsinki, London, and Oslo.
You will also partner with our quants and technology teams to enhance trading strategies and improve execution performance, while directly contributing to the growth and development of our product offerings.
To thrive in this role:
•Hold a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Economics, Engineering or similar.
•2-3+ years in electronic trading, DMA execution, or algorithmic trading at an investment bank, hedge fund, or proprietary trading firm.
•Knowledge of trading Nordic/European/US markets and market microstructure, including core fundamentals of algo-trading.
•Understanding of client relationships within the European Equities community, Institutional Asset Managers and hedge Funds.
•Good understanding of equities trading, algorithmic trading, micro-structure, transaction cost analysis, and associated trading parameters.
•Very strong relationship, communication & organizational skills.
