What you will be doing? 
The Analytics & Reporting area is undergoing a major transformation from a business and market as well as from an architectural perspective. As an experienced Senior Test Automation Lead, you will be a vital part of our community driving the Test & Quality agenda in the domain. Together with key stakeholders you will drive and develop the test and DevSecOps strategy, including test automation and test coordination across the domain. As our Senior Test Automation Lead you will coordinate end-to-end tests and performance tests using appropriate testing methodologies and tools including risk, issue and defect management all to ensure quality outcomes are delivered. You will also support the feature teams in planning the tests, gathering test data, hands on testing when needed and promote the test strategy including test automation.

As a Senior Test Automation Lead you will be responsible for:

    • Coordination of end-to-end tests, integration tests and non-functional tests;
    • Support our feature teams with hands-on testing when needed;
    • Creation of documents such as test plan, test scenarios, test cases and status reports;
    • Support development teams with way of working in the different test phases;
    • Continuously seek for synergies with other Test Managers and also with the Test Management team in driving excellence, adhering to established processes and introducing improvements and new solutions into testing service.

Who we are looking for:

    • 5+ years’ experience leading and executing test initiatives within a large and complex organization comprising of multiple teams;
    • Ability to visualize and coordinate the test strategy on overall domain level and implement the same on tribe level;
    • Proven track record of different areas of testing, including functional and non-functional testing (security, performance and disaster/recovery testing);
    • Experience with test management (Xray, Zephyr or similar) and test automation tools (Ready API, RestSharp/RestAssured, WebDriver IO, Selenium, Playwright or similar);
    • Ability to inspire others and drive change in strategic aspects of quality assurance;
    • Collaboration, excellent coordination and communication skills and readiness to do hands-on work when needed;
    • Passion for testing and the quality aspects of software development with a strong interest in keeping yourself up to date on the relevant trends in the industry and technology;
    • Good understanding of agile software development methodologies;
    • Initiative to take lead in reviewing the requirements, creating, communicating the test scope and finding the relevant test data to be used.
    • Fluency in English.

Would be considered advantage if you have:

    • Knowledge in managing tests within reporting and notifications area, banking area or with large payment systems;
    • Experience working with transformation from manual to automated tests;
    • Strong understanding and experience in System Architecture in the payment domain;
    • A degree in computer engineering/science or similar field.

€4,200 - €6,200 a month
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
