Discover yourself professionally and join the Baltic IT Services Windows Platform Team as a Senior IS Administrator, managing Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), and MacBook MDM environments.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining a scalable Active Directory infrastructure
- Managing and administering Azure AD (Entra ID)
- Configuring and maintaining MacBook devices through MDM solutions, ensuring cross-platform security and compliance
- Developing and enforcing identity management policies, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Conditional Access
- Providing support for Windows Server OS, DNS, DHCP, and other related services
- Scripting and automating tasks using PowerShell to improve efficiency and streamline workflows
- Ensuring security compliance and remediating vulnerabilities across Active Directory, Azure AD, and MacBook environments
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Deep knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), and MDM management for MacBook devices
- Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and a high sense of responsibility
- Good communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English. English is required as you will be working on solutions, developing products and services in the Baltics, and collaborating with Baltic teams
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Experience with Windows Server administration and scripting (PowerShell); familiarity with Bash scripting is an advantage
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, and experience with hybrid cloud setups is an advantage

€2,800 - €4,200 a month

Monthly salary range for this position is 2800 - 4200 EUR (before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
