As the Chief Product Owner for Financing and Loans at SEB Baltic, you will play a key role in shaping the strategy, vision, and execution of our financing and loan products. This is a high-impact leadership role that requires a combination of deep expertise in the financial services space and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. You will work closely with senior leadership, engineering, design, operations, and legal teams to ensure the successful delivery of scalable financial products.

Your Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the strategic agenda and vision for the Finance and Lending Tribe in SEB Baltic, setting the direction for product development.
    • Own the prioritization process and guide the creation of both strategic and tactical roadmaps for the tribe.
    • Align and coordinate the tribe’s strategy and roadmap with the broader business goals of the Baltic Division.
    • Facilitate development priorities across teams and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
    • Oversee product pricing, risk assessment, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Directly manage and mentor a team of Product Owners, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

    • Significant experience in business development or product development, with a strong understanding of the financial services sector.
    • Strong leadership skills and experience organizing hybrid teams, developing team members, and fostering collaboration.
    • Previous experience working in an international and matrixed organization.
    • Excellent coordination, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
    • A strategic mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for driving product success.
    • Proficiency in written and spoken English to communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders across Baltics.

€4,400 - €6,600 a month
(before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
