Talent Acquisition and HR Specialist (Junior)
 
About the job:
You will report to Head of HR in Poland and closely cooperate with colleagues in Sweden and home markets to deliver exquisite recruitment process for different roles across the SEB business.
 
Key responsibilities:
·        Creating and recommending recruitment strategies and approaches
·        Ensuring that company is represented in the most accurate way to all candidates
·        Defining correct job profiles
·        Creating ads on various platforms
·        Scheduling, organising and conducting interviews
·        Building, and maintaining strong relationships with candidates
·        Guiding new employees through their pre-boarding experience
·        Analysing KPIs and reporting on pipeline to facilitate effective recruiting
·        Taking part in employee’s development, performance management, annual
HR Cycle as well as employer branding initiatives
 
Who are you?
·        You are an HR professional with 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment,
preferably gained in Banking, Finance or Consulting sector
·        You hold MA, preferably in Psychology or HR Management
·        You are fluent in Polish and English
·        Your goal is to provide the best candidate experience
