Are you ready to play a key role in Group Risk, Group Finance and Group Compliance journey becoming a pro-active data consumer and at the same time improving the management and governance of the data owned? Finance, Risk, Compliance Data Management Office mission is to be an essential resource for those who engage in data and to ensure the data is transparent, fit for purpose, and used in a consistent and responsible way.

We are now looking for a Data Quality lead to shape the future of data quality within our organization with the following objectives:
      establish an effective communication and escalation channel for DQ issues.
      work towards establishing a common framework within FRC for identifying, assessing, registering, and remediation of DQ issues.
      support the efficient placement of DQ controls through the dataflow, with transparency in performance measurement and to support our journey towards being data-driven.
      steer, guide, and support data owners and data stewards to create relevant, effective, and complete data quality controls and processes for data products.
 
You will work with:
      ensure compliance with the Group’s data quality standards and guidelines.
      ensure the implementation of data quality processes and activities in the development of Data Products.
      oversee the management procedures for errors and remediation: impact on use, root-cause analysis of data defects, and definition of remediation plans.
      develop relevant instructions for e.g., data quality assessment processes, data profiling, and data quality control measures, including data validation checks, automated data cleansing routines, and exception handling procedures.
      coordinate DQ resolution efforts on behalf of the Data Area and establish a feedback channel between DQ issue remediation and stakeholders.
      develop a common framework for the assessment of data quality including transparent metrics and reports to track performance etc.
      drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality capabilities, processes, and tools.
      provide training and awareness sessions to educate stakeholders on the importance of data quality, their roles and responsibilities in maintaining data integrity, and best practices for data management.
      be a Centre of Excellence for data quality topics.
