Are You passionate about IT Development? Would You like to be a part of a development team for securities transactions and processing used in all Baltic countries? Now we are looking for a Full stack Software Developer (mid) to join our team at Baltic IT Organization in Tallinn/Riga/Vilnius.
What you will be doing?
- We are on the journey to automate different securities transactions processes and create suitable solutions for clients to be a world class service provider.
- With our ambitious plans in mind, we are looking for a Full stack Software Developer, who has a can-do mindset and a desire to be part of a well performing team where continuous improvement is part of the team’s DNA.
- You will work in an international environment and have a close collaboration inside the development team and with other professionals in respective assignments. You will have the opportunity to work with complex solutions for the securities area, that would give you a good industry knowledge. Supportive and professional team will teach you all about savings and investments area and will provide support for improvement for all programming languages, which we use in our systems.
As a Software Developer you will be responsible for:
- Working together with the product owner and the team to build the best securities transactions processes for all clients and employees
- Developing secure and functional solutions for securities transactions processes based on best practises and standards;
- Continuous innovation to ensure future proof systems;
- Cooperation with business development to find the best available solutions;
- Maintaining and refactoring existing products/services.
Who we are looking for?
- 2+ years of experience as a full stack developer with large systems;
- Good knowledge of Java (Spring Boot);
- Experience with Front-end technologies;
- Knowledge or interest in working with micro frontend solutions;
- Interest in working with various systems developed in different languages;
- Curiosity to know the latest trends in IT and willingness to implement them;
- Fluency in English language.
Technologies we use:
- Front-end: Angular, Spring MVC
- Back-end: Java or Kotlin/Spring Boot; PostgreSQL, OpenEdge ABL (Progress)
- Development/integration tools: Jenkins, GIT/Bitbucket, Red Hat OpenShift, SonarQube
