Join our team and lead the vendor management and compliance work in SEB’s Cloud journey! 

We are looking for a Vendor Manager to join our Cloud Core Platforms team, which is responsible for delivering and managing cloud services from our strategic vendors and partners, such as Google but also other major Cloud vendors. As a Vendor Manager, you will have a key role in ensuring that we have a strong and effective relationship with our cloud vendors, that we optimize our cloud costs and services, and that we comply with internal and external regulations and requirements. You will also be a key part of SEB's cloud journey, with the ambition of being cloud native by 2030. 

Your main responsibilities will include:

    • Leading, owning and driving the Vendor management for our strategic Cloud vendors and partners, ensuring that we have a productive relationship and aligned strategies, roadmaps, and governance model.  
    • Accountable for the financial aspects of our Cloud platforms, such as budgeting, forecasting, and business case development. 
    • Ensuring that we have a robust and effective governance and compliance framework for our cloud services, both internally and externally, and that we can demonstrate and prove our compliance towards regulatory requirements. 
    • Supporting and advising our internal stakeholders on how to use our cloud services in a compliant and efficient way. 
    • Overseeing the license management and service packaging for our Cloud services, ensuring that we have an optimal and compliant usage of our Cloud platforms. 
    • Working together with a small team of Service Delivery Responsibles, who will support you with the operational and tactical aspects of your responsibilities. 

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

    • A deep knowledge and experience in vendor management, preferably in the cloud domain. 
    • A solid understanding and experience in compliance work, preferably in the Financial sector. 
    • A strong financial understanding and experience in managing budgets and business cases. 
    • A good grasp of cloud services and technologies, and how they can enable business value and innovation. 
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to influence and engage with different stakeholders and levels of the organization, from the developers to top management. 
    • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to drive and lead change. 

    • This role does not include team management, but you will be part of the Area management team and report to the Area Manager. You will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and diverse environment, with colleagues who share your passion for cloud and innovation.
