Youth LAB is a paid international internship program at SEB. You will dedicate ten weeks of time working on real and meaningful business projects including hackathon where you will also discover new ways of collaborative and innovative work between other international students. About the team:
As a part of Customer Overview and Digital Enablers Tribe in SEB Baltics, we, Customer Data Lifecycle team, are on the journey to build future-proof and innovative Customer data processes, automated data integrations and remote onboarding solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Write and update necessary process/project documentations, procedure rules, instructions, training materials etc.
- Execute tests on improved/developed functionality and analyze results
- Convert business requirements, objectives and needs into business or development tasks
- Drive sprint tasks in a self-organized and self-led way to contribute to the sprint goal and committed deliveries

- Fluent in Latvian and English, as you will be working with colleagues across other Baltic countries

€900 - €1,100 a month
Before tax deduction, the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
