About the role:
As a developer in the Quant Development team, you will be part of a friendly international team of experienced quant analysts and developers.Having a continuous improvement mindset, you will apply software engineering best practices to build, improve and maintain reliable operation of the banks market and counterparty risk measurement and reporting systems.
As the team works tightly integrated with the business on one side and the larger IT organization on the other, you will have plenty of opportunities for personal development and growth, both in technological and financial areas.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
· Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent
· Excellent command of English, written and spoken
· 3+ years of commercial-grade development experience with complex applications.
· Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
· Excellent skills in object-oriented programming
· Strong skills in Python and SQL
· Familiarity with version control and continuous integration systems
· Experience with containers and container orchestration systems
Optionally you have:
· Knowledge of, and strong demonstrated interest in, global financial markets and financial products.
· Experience advising and assisting junior or less technical colleagues
· Previous work experience with:
o C++, C# or Java
o Systems for risk control
o Financial trading systems
o Cloud development
o RESTful API design
o Financial instruments

Monthly salary range for this position: 3600 - 5500 EUR before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate*. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
