We are looking for a Chief Product Owner to join the Identification and Signing team. Within our department we build centralized and scalable Identity and Access Management services, supporting smooth customer journeys and strengthening the security for all customer segments.

What you will be doing  

As a Chief Product Owner for the Identification and Signing Agile Release Train (ART), you will work closely with the Product Owner team and three IT Solution Delivery Teams located in Stockholm and Vilnius. You will work very close with stakeholders around the bank and in the ART and as a member of the Digital Enablers Tribe Management Team you will in many ways lead and participate in the work to identify customer needs, prioritize, initiate & deliver reusable (As-a-service) digital solutions.  

As Chief Product Owner within Identification and Signing you will be the link between business and IT, with a mission to translate business needs into the roadmap of identification and signing solutions. While working both on a strategic and executive level in close collaboration with our customers and a wide range of Stakeholders across the bank, you will play an important role in harmonizing SEB’s digital channel offering across all Customer segments. 

Who we are looking for 

We are looking for a leader who can lead and inspire the ART as well as drive and coordinate complex questions hands-on. To be successful in this position you are a team player, taking a pro-active leadership role in both developing the team towards a more agile way of working and building relationships across the organization. You are outgoing and can easily present your “sales-pitch” to the organization. 

You should be passionate about digital, have a good understanding of the digital customer experience, the ability to analyze complex problems, foresee opportunities and challenges and translate these into Business requirements. You are interested in gaining a high-level understanding of the identification and Signing landscape and our related systems, have a holistic view and the capability to focus on details when needed.  

To secure alignment of our Strategic Roadmap with the overall SEB Digital Transformation and our Stakeholders across the bank – stakeholder management and communication about progress of the roadmap and cross deliveries will be an important part of your role. You are also structured, like to coordinate and can make tough prioritizations from an overall SEB perspective.
