You will be working with a team across all Baltic countries. Today Leasing team consists only of product developers, but in the nearest future we are planning to accommodate software developers as well. Together we strive to have a board range of competencies and skills in both technologies and business area. In addition, we have new Leasing core system implementation and Vendor portal projects ongoing which are planned to implement across Baltics in upcoming several years.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading technical implementation and designing of architecture for Leasing team applications
- Being hands on application development
- Help to turn business requirements into technical implementation tasks
- Align solution architecture with SEB’s architects’ community and evaluate functional and non-functional requirements
- Close cooperation with Business, IT security and IT infrastructure
- Provide necessary support for the team and stakeholders
- Keep developer and solution documentation on adequate level
- Understanding of general directions in the relevant technologies, new ideas, best practices, and developments
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- 5 + years of active code writing experience with background of Java Spring Boot approach
- Experience with integration with in-house and external third party solutions
- Solid understanding of technology, complex systems, and release management process
- Experience in IT systems architecture and integrations
- Pragmatic in your solution ideas and having an ability to visualize and clearly articulate the pros and cons of various technologies/solutions.
- Excellent networking and communication skills with both business and IT
- Fluent in English
Our technology stack:
- Back-end: Java (Spring Boot), Web services (REST)
- Front-end: Angular
- DB: MSSQL, PostgreSQL
- Dev: Git (Bitbucket), Jenkins, Kubernetes
- Experience with Azure Cloud infrastructure, Microsoft Dynamics would be an advantage

Monthly salary range for this position is 4200– 6200 EUR (before tax deduction).
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
