Supervisory Reporting team in Finance, Risk and Data Tribe in SEB Baltics is an experienced international team of technology, data, and finance experts. We are owning and constantly enhancing capabilities of reporting platform which is based on Data Warehouse with core domains of Finance and Risk data and with many integrations with SEB Group platforms and financial governance institutions.
The aim of our work is to ensure correct, timely and effective reporting according to the requirements of the SEB Group and Supervisory authorities, including SEB Baltic solution alignment and harmonization.
 
Being a member of the team, you will have a lot of interactions and collaboration cross units within SEB, and you will be actively working with various projects and initiatives. It would be a big advantage and you would be very welcome to the team if your knowledge and experience would be within following areas:
 
- Financial reporting (Finrep, IFRS Annual package reporting), Capital Adequacy (Corep, Pillar3), Resolution reporting (Critical functions, FMI, LDT), ECB (STE packages) reporting and adoption of changes.
- You have a good understanding and experience related to various banking products, their features, and reporting requirements.
- Understanding how regulations affect data areas and business processes, and have practical experience in reporting solutions implementation and data quality management.

You will be responsible for:

    • Be in active role in financial report’s development working together with IT, business, and finance specialists
    • Reading and analyzing Statutory & Regulatory legal requirements in EU and Baltic laws and regulations, connecting and bridging different laws and regulations in close cooperation with stakeholders
    • Assessing impact and needed changes in reports, and identification of required data through analysis of bank’s products and data flows in bank’s systems
    • Preparing development requests in Jira and aligning them with Baltic colleagues
    • In cooperation with IT team members collecting and verification of the required data, updating and testing of calculations and parametrizations for reports
    • Testing reports’ functionality
    • Providing proposals to Product Owner for innovations and improvements, based on stakeholders needs and feedback
    • Making ad-hoc data analysis, and communication with stakeholders to interpret and explain data
    • Additional tasks in areas such as internal control framework, risk management activities, policies and instructions

What we expect:

    • You have 2-3 years’ experience working with large amounts of data in finance or risk reporting area, assessing data quality and familiar with various finance and risk data definitions
    • You have an understanding of regulatory and financial regulations, regulatory expectations & landscape, impact to statutory and regulatory reports
    • You are familiar with accounting principles and IFRS
    • Deeper understanding of banking products would be treated as an advantage
    • Good analytical skills, ability to generalize, high level of accuracy and attention to detail
    • As a person you are a goal driven, proactive, and with a strong sense of responsibility
    • A team player with good cooperation skills in an international teamwith both business and tech people
    • Ability to plan work and prioritize
    • University degree (most preferable in finance, economics, mathematics)
    • Fluency in English, both spoken and written

Monthly salary range for this position: 2300 - 4100 EUR (before tax deduction).

The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
