What you will be doing:
As a Business Controller you will play a key role in the delivery of End User Base Services, drive the Digital Workplace yearly target work, and continuously follow up with cost optimizing and cost awareness as drivers. You will be focal point for questions from our controllers and provide support to our Product Owners and Team Managers. You will also oversee the budget for all services within Digital Workplace. You should have a broad vision and a passion to solve problems and enhance the delivery and control within Digital Workplace.
Shared Services is a team within Digital Workplace in SEB Technology. The organization consists of 6 different teams: Shared Services, Digital Collaboration, Voice and Realtime Services, Device Management, Hardware and Print Services and Application Services. The teams provide a wide spread of workplace services (E.g. digital collaboration tools, file, print, user devices, meeting tools and voice/telephony services) towards all employees in SEB, delivered both from Stockholm and Vilnius.

You will be a part of a team with other Business Controllers, Contract Managers and Regulatory Office Regulatory Managers.
As a Business Controller in this team you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating Financials and Service Management across the teams within Digital Workplace, which is the most crucial part of the role.
- Responsible for the P&L for End User Base service.
- Service Management (Financials & Service Packaging), invoicing and usage.
- Participating in Workplace Cloud Transformationwith economics and licenses in focus.
Who we are looking for:
- Eager to learn and interested in tech.
- Self-motivated, problem-solving with analytical skills.
- Great communicator and ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Enjoy networking and relationship building.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Fluent in English, Swedish is an advantage.
