What you will be doing:
You will be a part of a Digital Channels tribe consisting of 100+ members across the three Baltic Countries responsible the Internet bank, Mobile applications and other modern digital solutions for the customers and being driven by the vision to provide the best banking experience across the digital channels in the Baltics. The particular team you will be leading is responsible for the Baltic Internet bank and working hard to offer simple, clear and beneficial customer journeys in SEB’s Internet bank.
Your responsibilities will include:
- You will be responsible Internet Bank team developing new functionalities and dealing with everyday Internet bank related requests or tasks.
- You will be responsible for the team, so you should be able to facilitate the discussion to set common goals, plans enabling team to improve and creation a healthy working atmosphere.
- You will also be responsible for the professional development and growth of people, building personal development plans.
- You will also be a Scrum Master for the team as we believe that setting the way of working for the team is important for the team delivery.
- You will work hand in hand with Product owner and you will be expected to balance maintenance and new developments.
- You will be vocal in the Internet Bank evolution and transformation.
You will be right fit for the role if you have:
- Have a capacity to manage, train, coach and motivate people locally and remotely.
- Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, structural thinking and holistic process view.
- Have practical experience with Scrum. Know when to apply Scrum and Kanban.
- Know how to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and help teams improve their way of working and grow.
- Able to collect empirical data of Scrum team and use it in meaningful ways.
- Identify and continuously work on removing impediments.
- Ability to manage and reduce dependencies.
- Like to visualize things (using physical boards);
- Consider yourself to be empathetic person.
- Complexity and problem solving gives you energy and boost, and you see that as an opportunity rather than a burden.
- Ability to interact successfully with all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in oral and written English.

Monthly salary range for this position: 3800 – 5800 (before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
