What you will be doing
 
As a Talent Sourcer, you will be part of a global Talent Acquisition team responsible to deliver comprehensive recruitment support to SEB’s managers and making sure that the right talent is hired. The core team consists of eight colleagues forming the tech team and in Sweden we are a total of 19 colleagues within Talent Acquisition. The Talent Acquisition department is dedicated in helping our different divisions to grow in the appropriate way.
 
In this role, you'll play a key role in identifying and engaging with top tech talent to support our growing company. You'll receive hands-on training and mentorship as you develop your skills in sourcing and recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and kick-start your career in the tech recruitment industry!

You will be responsible for:

    • Utilize various channels and tools to proactively search for potential candidates.
    • Engage with passive candidates and cultivate relationships to understand their skills and aspirations.
    • Conduct screening and assessment of candidates' skills and experience.
    • Develop and manage a search strategy to find the best possible candidates.
    • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and recruiters to develop tailored sourcing plans for our tech positions.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and market insights to inform sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
    • Administrative tasks related to our work.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science or related field preferred
    • A positive can-do attitude and a desire to learn new things.
    • An interest of understanding tech roles, skills, and technologies
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport with candidates.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
