As the IT Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategic planning, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of IT services to meet the business objectives of SEB. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, help people to identify and document services that provide value, help to adjust and improve processes that are needed for value delivery. This role requires a visionary leader with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of service management principles.

Your responsibilities will include:

    • Develop and implement a plan for processes forming IT services that aligns with business goals and objectives
    • Oversee the entire service management lifecycle, including service design, transition, operation, and continual service improvement
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and negotiate service level agreements (SLAs)
    • Support service owners to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the performance and effectiveness of IT services
    • Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
    • Develop and maintain documentation standards of IT service management processes
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on changes and service improvements

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

    • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; master’s degree is a strong plus
    • Proven experience in a similar role
    • ITIL or other relevant certification is highly desirable
    • Strong understanding of service management principles, processes, and best practices
    • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
    • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and business case creation
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
