About the role
As a Business Analyst at Financing Services, you'll be part of an inclusive team of professional and engaged colleagues, working with different types of changes in the financing area. In our dynamic environment, you'll have the opportunity to work with teams and colleagues in Stockholm and Vilnius as well as international sites and play a key role in supporting digitalisation and process automation. Working closely with various stakeholders, you will identify opportunities of changes, document requirement and test. You will develop business cases and perform impact analysis, thereby engaging a wide range of stakeholders, to pro-actively propose ways to increase efficiency, reduce operational risk and deliver value. You will also support reviews of new ideas of changes when we use robotics and other automation tools.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
•Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
• Previous experience in working with document business requirements for use for system changes.
• Experience working with Financing products.
• Analytical skills and knowledge to handle complex information.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership.
• Great communication skills and fluency in English.
