About the role

As an Executive Assistant you will have a holistic view of the operations in Finland with a chance to do a variety of tasks together with different teams. You will be assisting our units in the Large Corporates & Financial Institutions division which serve the needs of our market’s largest and most successful companies, having the global responsibility of the client relationship with SEB.

You will independently and proactively schedule and confirm appointments, use judgement in matters affecting business unit managers’ calendars, and provide support for meetings, invitations, team activities, meeting rooms, travel arrangements, catering services etc. You will handle orders and invoices of goods/services and contact appropriate service providers when needed. Your tasks may also include the maintenance of documentation related to customer projects. You will ensure working area and facilities are in proper condition, and in general, support in the various client and business-related tasks.

You will work with engaging topics and people around different themes and events, creating world-class customer experiences. You will also have the opportunity to extend your network both locally and internationally to different SEB sites. Furthermore, you will be part of the team planning and organizing events in Helsinki. Ultimately, you will contribute to the success of our business by providing personalized and timely support to our organization.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have

• Previous relevant work experience in similar or related duties
• Good organizing skills, an attention to detail, courage to communicate and ask questions
• Service mindset, ability to work under pressure and you take proactively ownership of tasks
• A natural ability to build social networks and you enjoy getting to know people
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and English, Swedish is seen as an advantage

We appreciate that you have strong ICT skills and are interested in different technical solutions and development.
