Youth LAB is an at least 10 week paid international internship program at SEB. You will dedicate this time working on real and meaningful business projects including a hackathon where you will also discover new ways of collaborative and innovative work between other international interns. You will also get a personal mentor who will support you throughout the internship. How great is that?

Join our friendly and creative Employer Branding team, where you’ll work in an international environment alongside experienced colleagues driving impactful EB initiatives in Latvia and Lithuania. Based in one of Riga’s most modern offices, we focus on hands‑on learning, collaboration, and bringing fresh ideas to life through content creation, events, and digital campaigns.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating content and writing copy for internal and external communication channels
- Supporting events in both Riga and Vilnius, helping coordinate activities and logistics
- Preparing engaging content for newsletters
- Reviewing and organizing internal channel content
- Bringing creative ideas for merch and helping refine visuals

€900 - €1,100 a month
Monthly salary range indicated for this position is before tax deduction. The offer for final candidate* will depend on experience and competences of the candidate for the required job. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
