Test Engineer in Payment Channels Team | SEB, Vilnius
About the role:
You will be a part of our Payment Channels team in Vilnius focusing on mobile backend and web backend areas. The payment area is undergoing major changes. The rapid development of technology and new global standards (such as ISO20022) provide the opportunity to develop modern, secure and customer-friendly payment solutions. You will work in a Cross Functional team and collaborate with teams in Stockholm to deliver on highest priority project.
As a test engineer, you will be responsible for:

Manual testing and test automation

Testing the payment channels solutions during all phases of the software development lifecycle

Coordinating the releases process for the team

Participate in payment platform regression testing
-
Providing comprehensive information about the level of quality of a product

Sharing insightful knowledge with developers, business analysts, product owners and other stakeholders
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

Experience in API testing and mobile testing
-
Hands-on experience in quality assurance and/or manual testing field

Strong overall knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes

Experience with test automation tools and frameworks including TypeScript, Playwright, Cucumber BDD, Appium, and other relevant automation technologies

Proactivity and eagerness to take ownership. You are someone who loves to work in team and is eager to learn, share knowledge and ready to accept help
