Youth LAB is a paid international internship programme in SEB Bank. You will dedicate five weeks of time working on real and meaningful business projects. Another one week of time you will be innovating for sustainable future and learn design thinking methods. You will get a personal mentor who will support you throughout the internship.

In our team, strategically important projects involve multiple teams, require organizational or process changes, and demand structured reporting and performance tracking to management. Our mission is to strike a balance between the finer details and the overarching vision, assisting the team in creating a robust structure and ensuring all aspects are thoroughly considered.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress and report on performance.
- Help manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Support the project management team in day-to-day tasks.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- You are a student in higher educational institution in disciplines of Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to structure complex topics in an understandable way.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and manage time efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing & positive team player with can-do attitude
- Fluent in Latvian and English. English is required as you will be working on solutions, developing products and services in the Baltics, and collaborating with Baltic teams.

€850 - €1,050 a month
Remuneration varies according to the field of practice and complexity.
