What you will be doing
You will belong to a creative, energetic, and ambitious support team, working in a collaborative and international setting. Our mission is to be relevant where we are needed the most. Thus, we are involved in a great variety of duties and activities. As a team member you will support managers and other stakeholders within fields of HR, Admin, Internal Communication, Training, Employer Branding initiatives and events, and Facility Management. We ensure that our managers' events sparkle, and that our external and internal communication, where branding is an important part, is inspiring and crystal clear. We also take great pride in improving administrative and system-related processes cross-SEB and therefore proactively cooperate with other SEB teams and stakeholders within the bank. Focus on accuracy and timely delivery are the essence of our daily work.

Important: this position is a 2-year temporary contract.

As a Business Coordinator you will be responsible for:

    • Supporting managers with various tasks in the fields of Administration, HR, Internal, Communication, Employer branding and facility management
    • Preparing work related documentation 
    • Improving existing internal processes & create new ones
    • Managing newcomers onboarding & other HR related questions
    • Handling internal communication initiatives and events
    • Supporting existing and implementing new employer branding ideas
    • Helping in premises re-arrangement, planning & coordination
    • Resolving everyday issues.

Who we are looking for:

    • Customer focused with a proactive, positive, and self-driven mindset
    • Well-organized and passionate about improving current processes and internal technical solutions in our service desks and excel. 
    • Practical experience in administration, HR, internal communication, and/or office management
    • Up to coordinate and execute activities
    • Strong skills in communication both verbal and written
    • Excellent in Lithuanian & English.

Monthly salary range for this position: 1550 - 2350 EUR (before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
