What you will be doing
This is a great opportunity for a person who is a curious, analytical team player with an interest in the financial market. As a team member within the Derivative and Alternative Investments back office, you will be part of the Investment Management Services department which gives services to a variety of customers on the buy side. The team’s daily tasks involve the processing of cleared and non-cleared trades, alternative investments, collateral administration, reconciliation, investigation, and analysis of market value deviations. You will have daily contact with many different stakeholders in the value chain as portfolio managers, traders, counterparties, and clearing brokers.
As a team member within the Investment Transactions team, you will be responsible for
- Daily production of derivatives and alternative investments back office processing incl. investigations and deviation handling;
- Work with continuous improvements of the team’s daily processes;
- Contributing to the agile collaboration e g as a subject matter expert and performing, user acceptance testing;
- Actively contributing to a learning culture by keeping yourself up to date and sharing knowledge with colleagues;
Who are you?
You are a curious and analytical person who enjoys working in and actively contributes to a positive and engaging work environment. You work independently while being a strong team player and take personal responsibility for the team’s success. It is an advantage if you are genuinely interested in the financial market and financial instruments and possess good knowledge of Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel.
