What you will be doing
At our Private Wealth Management & Family Office division, we look after all aspects of our clients’ banking needs, including the family and business finances, from daily transactions to long-term investments. We are all about long-term relationships, personal advisory, and understanding our clients’ complete financial situation. We have the experience, breadth and expertise to assist them in both large and small.
 
Now we are looking for a KYC (“Know-Your-Client”) Specialist to support us as a temporary hourly worker and to work closely with both the Private Wealth Management & Family Office as well as the Asset Management Sales team. During the spring you will work approximately 2 days per week (1 day in PWM&FO, 1 day in AMS), and for the right match there will be a possibility to continue as a summer worker.
 
Your main responsibility is to provide high quality, efficient and accurate KYC processes for client onboarding and reviews. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and storing the KYC information and documentation on our clients. This requires an understanding of various internal systems, legal documentation and analytical skills.
 
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a strong team player to work with the whole Private Wealth Management & Family Office and the whole Asset Management Sales team. To succeed in the role, you would need to have an understanding of business drivers and regulatory implications. Most importantly you would need to have the right mindset with a capability and willingness to learn quickly and have a high degree of initiative, drive and interest in providing a quality service both internally and externally.
 
You have fluent communication and writing skills in Finnish and English, Swedish is an advantage, and an efficient and structured way of working. We hope that you are a problem solver, comfortable with change and willing to drive new ways of working. You have a bachelor’s degree in business (or equivalent) and previous work experience within the financial sector.
