Our newest division, Private Wealth Management & Family Office (PWM&FO), has an extensive growth agenda during the coming years. One of the major initiatives to support this expansion was to establish an AML/KYC Center within the Polish site/branch of SEB AB. The AML/KYC Center is intended to support PWM&FO business units in Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway and Luxembourg. Our ambitions for the new AML/KYC Center are high; beyond regulatory compliance and process efficiency, we are building a center of excellence and creating a world-class customer experience.

Currently we are looking for a:
Team Leader in AML/KYC
Main purpose of this job is leading a team and acting according to SEB Leadership responsibilities to drive and realize CLM business plan in terms of a defined scope of service deliveries. This implies secure, well planned and controlled services as well as competence development.

Responsibilities:

    • Daily processing cases dedicated to KYC Processes assigned to the specific AS Team.
    • Managing operational deliveries - Team leads are expected to engage in operational activities 50% of the time, checking, making cases.
    • Participating in development of projects related to Analysis Services and PWM&FO as a whole.
    • Securing qualitative, cost efficient and fit for purpose operations, maintenance and development in own team.
    • Leading, coaching, giving feedback and following up on team and each team member in their daily work and securing processes and systems needed.
    • Planning on best set up for how to deliver on the processes & support related to the team.
    • Working with Continuous Improvement to set best practice for the team and each individual in order to reach everyone’s full potential and thereby meet targets and KPIs, minimize operational risks and secure operational and customer excellence.
    • Allocation of work & resources on a daily basis.
    • Working in close cooperation with own team, functional owners, stakeholders and other applicable roles to meet operational and customer excellence.

Required competences:

    • AML/KYC experience minimum 3 – 5 years.
    • ICA/ACAMS – appreciated.
    • Knowledge in related processes, products, markets, regulations, customers.
    • Leadership experience.
    • Fluent level of English, verbal and written.
    • Ability to work independently and pro-actively.
    • Ability to build team feeling and relationship even while working from different sites.
    • Flexibility and willingness to work with all types and complexity of challenges.
