About The Role
As a tech-savvy Service Manager in the Cloud Core Tribe, your primary mission is to serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for SEB's strategic 3rd party SaaS implementations. You will engage daily with representatives from the initiative and various teams within SEB, providing ongoing support throughout the initiative's journey.
You will help SEB to:
• Accelerate SaaS Adoption by coordinating secure and trusted integrations between SEB and third-party SaaS providers.
• Streamline Implementation by supporting technical onboarding and standardized capabilities (Golden Paths) to enable scalability.
• Establish and maintain necessary processes and Way of Working (WoW).
Your Key Responsibilities, but not limited to:
• Advise and coordinate strategic SaaS Initiatives.
• Secure alignment with internal strategies, guidelines, directives, and policies.
• Knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have a solid background in:
• Cloud engineering or relevant experience in AWS, GCP, Azure.
• Stakeholder management and technical project delivery.
• Structured and focused on delivering business value.
• Problem-solving mindset and always willing to go the extra mile.
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
