Baltic Product Development and Technology area is one on of the largest areas in our organization, we are strengthening our service delivery capabilities that is the reason for establishing new position. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as an IT Service Manager.
As the IT Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategic planning, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of IT services to meet the business objectives of SEB. Your role will be focused to steer and control IT change management. In this role, you will have an opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, help people to identify and document services that provide value, help to adjust and improve processes that are needed for value delivery. This role requires a visionary leader with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of service management principles.

Your responsibilities will include:

    • Develop and implement a strategic plan for IT services that aligns with business goals and objectives for IT change management.
    • Oversee the entire service management lifecycle, including service design, transition, operation, and continual service improvement.
    • Lead and drive continual service improvement (CSI) initiatives, identifying opportunities for enhancing service quality and efficiency.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and negotiate service level agreements (SLAs).
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the performance and effectiveness of IT change management.
    • Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
    • Develop and maintain documentation standards for IT service management processes and procedures.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on changes, incidents, and service improvements.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

    • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree is a strong plus.
    • Proven experience in a similar IT service management role.
    • ITIL or other relevant certification is highly desirable.
    • Strong understanding of service management principles, processes, and best practices.
    • Strong practice in Agile team management.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and business case creation.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

€3,200 - €4,900 a month
Before tax deduction, the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
