The Role
We’re looking for a proven Sales Enablement Lead to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of ScreenCloud’s customer facing-teams, in either our London or Charlotte, NC office.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimising the resources, tools, and training necessary to empower our global sales team. If you're someone with hands-on sales experience, is adaptable and can manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and has a proven ability to work cross-functionally, then we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales enablement strategies that align with ScreenCloud’s business goals and sales objectives
- Create and maintain sales enablement content, including playbooks, training materials, product collateral, case studies, and competitive analysis to support the sales process
- Deliver product training to ensure the sales team is well-versed in our offerings
- Conduct knowledge gap analyses to identify areas where additional training or resources are needed
- Design and deliver onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a fast and effective ramp-up
- Facilitate ongoing training and workshops to keep the sales team updated on product knowledge, sales methodologies, and industry trends
- Evaluate and implement sales tools and technologies to streamline sales processes and enhance productivity
- Collaborate with sales leadership to understand the needs of the sales team and tailor enablement initiatives accordingly
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement strategies
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Experience in a start-up environment or in building sales enablement strategies from the ground up is highly beneficial
Bonus Skills
- Experience with sales training and certification programs
- Familiarity with content management systems and learning management systems (LMS)
- Experience with virtual and remote training methodologies
- Experience in international markets and understanding of global sales dynamics
