What to Expect

Over the last 2 years we’ve built a high performing Operations team that has focused on giving great customer care through continuous improvement of the tools we use, and the processes we put in place. Our Collections team are key to the success of Raylo and are supporting the rapid growth and financing of the customer base, delivering scalable and superior performance.

We’re growing fast and are searching for a new Collections Manager to build, lead and coach a team responsible for collections performance. You’ll need to manage day-to-day operations; helping to set KPI’s and objectives that meet business needs, and leading the team to achieve these, whilst working with the leadership team to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

You’ll be the key driver of our Collections Associates and processes. Keeping our growth plans at the forefront of decision making, you’ll help to design, and test, new innovative collections strategies using a combination of customer insights, data, and industry best practice. We want you to bring a positive energy and entrepreneurial approach to leadership, living and inspiring a culture of willingness, collaboration and high performance.

You'll be great at

    • Leading a team of high performing Collections Associates. Coaching and mentoring to ensure a best in class service to customers, while encouraging a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing throughout Operations and the wider business.
    • Understanding and refining collections strategies and policies. You'll use innovative techniques that scale with company and customer growth, that aim to improve collection rates and the overall customer experience.
    • Using data to recognise trends, and make decisions. Understanding collections and customer data to improve operational efficiency.
