What You’ll Do:
- Growth ARR: We empower our product teams to solve hard problems.  Your focus will be on increasing our annualised recurring revenue.
Build a great product that customers will love
- Product Strategy and Roadmap: As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for deciding the product strategy and managing the roadmap for our growth product engineering team.
- Foster Team Collaboration: Encourage innovation and solution discovery through close collaboration with designers and engineers, driving the development and market delivery of effective solutions.
- Provide User and Customer Insights: Deliver deep insights into user and customer behaviours to inform product strategies.
- Understand Business Constraints: Gain a thorough understanding of business constraints from marketing, customer success, finance, legal, risk strategy and compliance.
- Decision-Making Framework: As the Product Manager, set and manage the decision-making framework for the team, balancing trade-offs to ensure focus on impactful problems.
- Influence Outcomes with Data: Use data-driven reasoning to influence and persuade colleagues, stakeholders, and key executives, achieving desired results as an individual contributor.
- Reporting Structure: Directly report to the Chief Product Officer & Co-Founder, operating from our London Bridge office on a hybrid work setup (3 days in the office per week).

Who you are
- You have a proven track record as a Product Manager (7+ years), more recently at a Principal or a Lead level.
- You have experience leading consumer products (0-1) from concept to delivery in a VC-backed startup.
- Passionate about data, analytics
- You have a customer-centric approach, with a deep understanding of user needs and behaviours, and the ability to translate these insights into product features and improvements.
- You’re driven by impact
- You enjoy thinking through complex product challenges, care about solving the right problem, and possess influencing skills to align key stakeholders.
- You enjoy being autonomous and navigating your own path in a fast-paced, hybrid working environment.
- You have deep & extensive experience with Amplitude or similar tools.
- Plus: You are comfortable analysing large datasets to draw insights on their own without analyst support.
