What to Expect

Over the last 2 years we’ve built a high performing Operations team that encourages great customer care through continuous improvement of tools and processes. We’re now looking to hire an experienced Operations Strategy Manager to own initiatives that will impact growth, customer experience and bring positive change to Raylo’s Operations team.

Within this role you’ll build and deliver our operational project roadmap; exploring, defining and implementing new tools, work flows, processes and partners that help our team deliver an awesome customer experience. You’ll do all this whilst also keeping cost and risk implications in mind. You’ll be data-driven, and analytical; working as an extension of the Operational teams to spot trends in their day to day roles, reporting back to senior management on progress of the changes you implement.

You’ll report directly into the VP of Operations and be instrumental in the future success of Raylo. You’ll have full ownership of improvement processes that allow us to scale, offer great customer care, and improve operational efficiency.

You'll be great at...

    • Working closely with Senior Management and individual teams to deliver an Operational project roadmap focused on process improvement, implementation of new tools, or cost saving initiatives.
    • Using data to spot trends; exploring and defining new workflows that streamline and improve both internal processes, and external supplier relationships.
    • Reporting and documenting changes; keeping the business informed about how changes will impact employees and customers, and being the point of contact to manage these changes.
