The Warranty Coordinator provides total customer satisfaction by interfacing with all internal departments in all aspects of entering and following warranty and shortage orders through the JDE system. 


Essential Functions

    • Perform accurate data entry of warranty and shortage orders into the JDE system.
    • Maintain and develop spreadsheets to support order entry and reporting.
    • Review and acknowledge warranty and shortage requests received from order management, installation team, and tech support.
    • Upkeep product knowledge and changes concerning order coordination and computer configuration and share knowledge or information with co-workers.
    • Assist other co-workers when workload requires and maintain good working relationships with all internal customers. 
    • The JDE warranty coordinator will be trained on all aspects of order entry and will fill in for and assist our JDE Order Entry team and International Project Coordinators on an as-needed basis.
    • Other duties assigned by management.

    • Required education and experience
    • Associate’s degree and two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
    • Must be at least 18 years of age.
    • Strong Data Entry skills 
    • JDE knowledge a plus 
    • Strong Microsoft Excel skills required 


$18.50 - $19.50 an hour
