Summary/objective
This position is responsible for assisting the District Sales Force with the daily management of quote/proposal requests and enables the District Sales Force to sell QubicaAMF products and installation services, ensuring complete customer satisfaction. The candidate will possess good judgment skills and display a strong sense of urgency when handling external department needs and customer interactions. This position is best suited for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are focused on seeing projects through to completion.
Essential Functions
- Review/learn product specifications and requirements.
- Generate proposals/quotations within the appropriate software application using testing and project-related information.
- Assess and interpret the information provided in order to provide an accurate proposal/quotation.
- Communicate with Project Management, Sales Force, and technical groups as necessary to complete assignments.
- Assist Project Coordinators with monitoring projects to ensure that they efficiently and successfully enter into a “done done” state.
- Receive and review orders to deliver accurate equipment to customer locations.
- Other duties assigned by management.

- Associate degree and/or two years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience with bowling equipment preferred but not required.
- A strong background in Microsoft CRM preferred.

$40,000 - $42,000 a year
