1st Shift IHM Welder
- Weld various production products.
- Maintain Company Quality Standards.
- Assist in the construction and repair of jigs and fixtures.
- Learn and operate various fabrication equipment.
- Follows and maintains knowledge of safety protocol.
- Consults blueprints to execute jobs and tasks to specification.

- A high school degree or equivalent.
- Use to handling large parts on your own.
- Must have MIG and/or TIG welding experience.
- Knowledge of welding methods for various types of metal.
- Ability to read and work from blueprints.
- Skill in using and caring for welding tools and equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Must be a Team Player.
- Requires a high school diploma.
- Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area.
- Must be able to lift and/or move 50 pounds.
- Must be able to lift overhead and handle large parts.
- Must be able to work the hours of 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., Monday - Friday, and overtime when required.
TRAVEL REQUIRED:
- No travel is required.
