We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Procurement Manager in our Broomfield, CO Location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and drive Sourcing and Procurement of material and services in alignment with business leadership per Annual Operating Plan and Integrated Strategic Plan
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives including early sourcing engagement, alignment on key sourcing objectives and effective execution of sourcing projects
- Lead deployment and implementation of procurement initiatives and systemic continuous improvements including deployment of additional modules of SAP S4 to support MRP, and supporting Smartsheet workflows
- Procurement activities including purchase order placement, monitoring delivery of services and materials to ensure timely receipt for initiatives across the company. Responsible to proactively resolve effectively and timely supplier performance issues
- Create and manage Category and Commodity Strategies including Spend analysis, Benchmarking, Cost, Market Analysis and Global Technology / Economic trends
- Manage supplier relationships to mitigate risk and selection, RFQ, RFI and SOW process, Negotiation, Contracting and supplier performance and compliance
- Mature Sourcing and Procurement policies procedures, process improvements to ensure compliance to requirements. Implement process controls, continued updating standard work for all Procurement roles and responsibilities
- Improve Working Capital through Payment Terms extensions, Payment cycle optimization, Vendor Financed improvements and Lead time reductions
- Lead and manage the performance of the procurement and sourcing teams, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring effective organization and development of team members
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience minimum 8+ Years in Sourcing and Procurement
- Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person. defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status

- Significant Team Leader experience in Sourcing/Procurement/Business
- Strong project management skills including the ability to manage priorities and workflow
- Demonstrated Business and financial acumen
- Proficiency with SAP, Request for Quotation Tools, Microsoft Office and Smartsheet
- Experience managing multiple projects in a dynamic global environment
- Proven experience with R&D, technical manufacturing/business process development
- High bias for action with creative problem-solving skills
- Desire to work in a fast pace, engaging and rewarding environment
$125,000 - $157,000 a year
Compensation & Benefits:
Range posted is inclusive of bonus target when applicable
Estimated Salary Wage: $125,000 - $157,000 Annually
