Senior Manager Equity Administration - 796
We are seeking a Senior Manager Equity Administration in our Broomfield, CO, location.

As Senior Manager Equity Administration, you will play a critical role in our overall equity function and provide crucial support in managing and evolving our equity programs. In this role, you will assist in the administration of equity programs, help build critical processes and systems, and be a strategic partner to cross-functional teams, including Legal, Finance, HR, and Payroll teams. You will also assist in equity accounting and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, with communication and collaboration skills, and deep experience in equity administration.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in execution of all aspects of the employee's long-term incentive plans, including the complete cycle of grant, vest/lapse, and tax withholding processes.

Contribute to the rollout of new equity programs and plans.

Be able to manage equity platforms including assisting in any necessary implementations and ensure that all equity transactions and data are complete, accurate, and properly reconciled.

Provide exceptional and timely support and issue-resolution to employees and executives regarding any equity-related inquiries.

Track changes to capitalization tables, as needed for legal, accounting, and tax purposes.

Collaborate on the development and delivery of employee and executive-level educational and training materials and resources.

Develop and implement continuous process improvements, including automation projects, for all equity.

Serve as the subject matter expert within our equity systems, ensuring optimal configuration and utilization.

Support HR colleagues and external auditors in all employee and executive equity matters, including data requests and complex reporting.

Ensure compliance with SEC, IRS, SOX, and global securities laws, as well as internal governance policies.

Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, legal counsel, and finance on quarterly and year-end activities, regulatory filings, internal controls, and documented procedures.
YOU MUST HAVE:

Bachelor’s Degree minimum required.

Minimum 8+ years of experience in managing equity administration, including experience with administering stock-based awards, required.

Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status.

Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.
WE VALUE:

Previous SOX/internal control experience, GAAP equity knowledge (specifically around ASC 718 Stock Compensation), and experience with consolidated financial statements and accounting close processes preferred

Comfortable managing equity administration systems and related financial reporting tools.

Experience with accounting close processes is a plus.

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills; ability to simplify complex equity-related data for business partners.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey equity-related insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits:
Incentive Eligible – Range posted is inclusive of bonus target when applicable
The pay range for this role is $163,000 – $204,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range may vary based on the candidate’s skills, educational background, professional experience, and unique qualifications for the role.
